SELLING MORE ... when others are selling less!
Selling is easy! The keys to selling more are simple if you just remember to follow them. Like many things in life, the keys to selling more are fundamental. They are the little things that we forget to apply. We know what is needed but we often take them for granted. Each of the following items plays an important role in making your selling job easier. If you review them periodically you will find that you will serve your customers needs more fully and SELL MORE PRODUCT.
1. ALWAYS HAVE A PLAN. It is often been said, "failing to plan is planning to fail". As basic as it sounds more than 80% of all companies do not have a plan. (for more information - see the article titled "Creating a PLAN") You should have a personal plan as well as a company plan. A plan, which includes short term and long-term goals, gives you a scoreboard on which to track your success. Review your plan regularly and make changes as necessary.
