How do I become a dealer?
It is very easy to join the Brickel’s family of dealers.
Simply fill out the “New Dealer Application”, please fill out this form entirely. At Brickel's
Racing Collectibles, Inc., we appreciate the
opportunity to provide you with confidential
wholesale pricing information. Upon request and
approval of your "new dealer" application, we will
forward this pricing information to you along with
your www.brickelsdealer1st.com password. Make
sure to attach a copy of your business license, state
sales tax exempt form, a canceled/voided business
check, and interior pictures of your retail store and exterior pictures with the attached business sign to the “Dealer 1st” form. Failure to provide all of this
requested information may cause a delay in
processing your “new dealer” application.
Do you have minimum orders?
We do not have any minimum orders or minimum dollar amounts required for your orders. We are
happy to do business with you whether you order
one item or a hundred. When special ordering an
item that is not listed in the Brickel’s inventory, we may ask you to meet the manufacturers MOQ, as we will not be taking a stocking position with that item.
How can I pay for my order?
We can accept all major credit cards, including visa type check cards, pre paid credit cards, COD’s with
a money order and direct account transfers. We will also accept personal checks and money orders.
However, when pre-paying, orders will be held until the payment clears before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Our 32,500 sq ft., state-of-the-art distribution center
has the ability to ship internationally via UPS,
FEDEX and USPS. We will ship on your shipper
account number if desired. Generally it is
recommended that we ship to your broker, as that may help orders arrive faster. While each country has different rules regarding international commerce we will assist you in any way we can.
Can I pick up my order in
person?
By all means – Yes! We would enjoy the
opportunity to meet with you in person. We have
many companies that pick up orders while in the
area. While you are at it, take a walk through of our model retail store and see the product diversity we speak of. We will give your order immediate preference while you wait. Please take a few
minutes to visit any of the areas attractions while we
pick and pack your order.
What if I received a damaged item?
All return requests for damaged products are
handled quickly and assessed individually by your
Brickel’s sales representative. We recognize our inability to inspect goods before shipment, and check each item before packing for obvious faults or damage. We take all precautions and considerations when handling your order. We aim at all times to pick and pack items securely and safely and as such we may ask that parcels damaged or lost during
shipping be taken up with the relevant organization for a possible compensation claim.
What does it mean for an item to be backordered?
This item is out of stock at the moment you see this backordered status,
but we place orders with our vendors consistently. Most apparel
and novelties can be delivered in as fast as two to three weeks. We
recommend you place your orders regardless of the backordered status. You will not be charged until the item is shipped.
